The international relations of the Center are getting stronger

Each year hundreds of youth participate in different acquaintance visits, seminars and trainings, conferences and symposiums, exhibitions and competitions, as well as, in summer and winter camps in different European countries by means of international partnership programs of Educational Center for Youth. International NGO networks play a great role in developing and broadening process of these programs. Thus, by means of these networks the Center provides yearly participation of its members in different events organized in European countries.
This year, the partnership with “Synergy” International Network, who is one of the main partners of the Center, was very productive as well. As in previous years, the Network organized sufficient number of places for youth from Azerbaijan for participation in its events. This year, nearly 50 members of the Center participated in Synergy seminars and trainings.
It’s notable that, Educational Center for Youth became a full member of the Network in April, 2006. The Network was established 15 years ago and the aims are to develop leadership and organizational skills of young people from different countries by means of practical activities, to increase partnership and mutual understanding between them, to create a world which covers love, care and partnership.
In the activities of the Network, as well as, in training staff Azerbaijan is represented by Sultan Zahidov, who is international relations manager of Educational Center of Youth. As S. Zahidov mentioned, the participation of the Center members in international seminars and trainings is not just a stimulus for their and for the organization’s development, it’s also non-substitutive for the right promotion of history and culture of Azerbaijan among foreign youth.
